Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you the rights described below. We do not discriminate against you for exercising any of them: exercising a right will not affect the price or quality of the services we provide.
- Right to know. You may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources it came from, the purpose for collecting it, and the categories of third parties we disclose it to.
- Right to delete. You may request that we delete the personal information we collected from you, subject to the exceptions the law allows — for example, information we must retain to comply with a legal obligation or to provide medical services you have requested.
- Right to correct. You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information for money. We do use advertising and analytics technologies that may qualify as «sharing» for cross-context behavioural advertising under the CPRA. You can opt out at any time using the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link in the footer of every page.
- Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information. Where we process sensitive personal information, you may ask us to limit its use to what is necessary to provide the services you requested.
We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out of sale and sharing for that browser and switch advertising technologies off automatically — you do not need to do anything else.
